Strategy Kickoff (3–4 Hours)
We start with an intensive strategy session to create clarity around your vision, priorities, and path forward.
This becomes the foundation for everything we build.
Ongoing Coaching & Support
You’ll receive consistent, high-level support to guide decisions, refine strategy, and navigate growth in real time.
Two 90-minute coaching sessions per month (via Zoom)
Unlimited Slack + email support between sessions
3-month performance review & recalibration to ensure alignment and momentum
